I am the Founder and Inventor of EZ Pants, an innovative solution designed to restore comfort, dignity, and independence for individuals facing incontinence challenges. Inspired by caring for my father, I recognized the need for adaptive clothing that simplifies daily routines for families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. With a patented design, EZ Pants provide an easier, safer, and more dignified experience for those who are elderly, disabled, or recovering from surgery.
Alongside my entrepreneurial journey, I bring over three decades of leadership in higher education administration, community engagement, and nonprofit consulting. My career has been dedicated to creating opportunities, solving problems, and empowering others—whether through helping students access education or developing innovative products that improve quality of life.
I am passionate about collaborating with healthcare providers, senior living communities, veterans and organizations that share the mission of improving care, safety, and comfort for individuals and their families.
